Important Announcement # 1: The Global Book Tour is postponed as we focus on a new initiative

Here’s why:

We don’t live in a vacuum. We understand what is going on around us and we pay attention to what leading New Media Marketers are saying. So, if you watch the video above, we hope that you will also understand the reason behind our decision to postpone the Global Book Tour until later, when the World Economy recovers…

And if you watch the video above, you will also understand that there is no need for us at this stage to bring you to our content. Because with the advanced state of modern-day technology – we can bring our content to you instead!

As an old saying goes, “If the mountain will not come to Mohammed, Mohammed must go to the mountain!

We feel that we have a new, more important task at hand that we need to focus on from this point on, i.e. building the Global Experts Association.

The foundation of the Global Experts Association network is outlined here, and these are the 4 areas we need to focus on for the next several months, up until the 3rd quarter of 2009 (when the GEA Network actually goes live), in order to make the building process successful.

Areas of Focus

1) List Building and Networking. That means building strong relationships with all 3 Expert Market segments that we have identified, such as Aspirants, Positionists and Globalists. If you would like to get a better understanding of these 3 segments, please review Val’s Presentation here:

Check out the slide show here:

And on Friday this week we will also start posting the Videos on this blog where Val will be giving you more information about the Global Experts Association and how, by building this vibrant new community we will be able to help the 3 Expert Market segments that we found.

Again – we will post the first video about the GEA Network here on Friday this week.

2) Strategic Alliances and Joint Ventures. That means building stronger partnerships with Expert Speakers, Entrepreneurial Authors and Marketers by helping you build your business, organizing speaking engagements for you and providing any tools necessary for you to continue building your business. As we said before – it’s not about us, it’s all about you – and we intend to stick to this course!

3) Business Process Outsourcing. Now, despite of what you are probably thinking, that does not mean outsourcing our internal processes to India or China. What BPO means for us is developing Leverage and Scalability tools, by partnering with various Vendors and Service Providers. We want to be very strategic in regards to who we are going to engage with. So we are planning to align only with those Vendors and Service Providers who have also strategic goals and who share the same philosophy that we have – helping the Global Experts Community to realize its true potential.

4) Products and Services for the Global Experts Community. That involves development of content-rich written, visual and audio materials, as well as software programs and hardware that will be able to help you:

Important Announcement # 2: Bonus of The Week

We are starting a new initiative on this blog. It is called “Bonus of The Week”. What it means is that every week we will publish the best Bonus that we can find on the Web that could benefit the Global Experts Community and its 3 market segments.

Here is the first bonus for you under this initiative:

Visuwords™ online graphical dictionary – Look up words to find their meanings and associations with other words and concepts. Produce diagrams reminiscent of a neural net. Learn how words associate.Enter words into the search box to look them up or double-click a node to expand the tree. Click and drag the background to pan around and use the mouse wheel to zoom. Hover over nodes to see the definition and click and drag individual nodes to move them around to help clarify connections.

  • It’s a dictionary! It’s a thesaurus!
  • Great for writers, journalists, students, teachers, and artists.
  • The online dictionary is available wherever there’s an internet connection.
  • No membership required.

Visuwords™ uses Princeton University’s WordNet, an opensource database built by University students and language researchers. Combined with a visualization tool and user interface built from a combination of modern web technologies, Visuwords™ is available as a free resource to all patrons of the web.Link:
