Hi everyone,

If you are like me, (and I have a feeling you probably are!
you would tend to look for a ‘quick fix’ when something breaks, right?
Especially when it comes to computer problems!

Well, that’s exactly what I used to do – if I don’t know something about web design, HTML, Java
or Computer Systems – I would just jump on Google and look for a quick answer.

But it was not working really well for me lately, and I got so tired of fixing my own and my customer’s problems that I’ve decided to completely change my approach to all that ‘techie stuff’ – once and for all! And I am so really, really glad that I did!
